Attend a Student Senate Meeting

The Student Senate holds three types of meetings during the school year.

  • Regular Meetings typically are held every other week on campus (under normal circumstances).
  • Special Meetings are called as needed to discuss matters requiring specific attention.
  • Emergency Meetings are called as needed to discuss urgent matters requiring immediate attention.

Interested in presenting to the Student Senate or attending our meetings? Email the Senate President and the Senate Parliamentarian to request to be added to the agenda at least 48 hours in advance of a meeting. Our meetings are held every other Tuesday night, 8:30 pm onwards. Per our Constitution, non-Senators must be added to the agenda by the Parliamentarian in order to speak during our meetings. All students, however, may attend meetings without being added to the agenda.
