The 2020–21 Stone Competition Has Begun!
With the announcement of teams and issues earlier today, the 2020–21 Harlan Fiske Stone Competition has finally begun! This year 22 teams (comprised of 44 students) will brief and argue their case before a panel of judges during Qualifying Rounds on November 16, 17, and 19, 2020. Wish them luck!

Additionally, this year's case, United States of America ex rel. Moore v. Confluence Bank, N.A., No. 20-500619 (5th Cir. filed Oct. 8, 2020), is a fictional qui tam suit focused on the CARES Act's Paycheck Protection Program Rule.
