A relentlessly optimistic Chicago Bulls fan, Sana was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. She graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.A. in Global Studies. During her time at the University of Illinois, Sana worked on diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoted leadership education, and ran a student organization that addressed social issues through education, activism, and volunteering. Prior to law school, Sana worked in finance. Interested in human and civil rights, Sana primarily dedicates herself toward immigrant and refugee rights as well as racial and economic justice. She loves reading, salsa, and all things food.
