Hannah Palczuk

Hannah Palczuk ’24 graduated from Duke University in 2020 with a B.A. in History and minors in French and Arabic. Throughout her undergraduate career, Hannah worked with the refugee community both locally in Durham, North Carolina and abroad in Dublin, Ireland. She also explored refugee and asylum issues in her role as an undergraduate researcher with Duke’s Kenan Institute for Ethics. Hannah’s interest in criminal law developed when she worked as an intern investigator with the Public Defender Service in Washington, DC. Upon graduation, Hannah returned to DC to work in eviction prevention and housing justice with a community-based legal aid organization. At CLS, Hannah is involved with the Human Rights Institute’s 1L Advocates Program and is very excited to be a part of LaLSA’s moot court team. She is looking forward to eating her way through New York City.
