2026 CLS Brazil Forum
Following Brazil and the United States 200 years of diplomatic and economic relations, the question is no longer whether the partnership will deepen - but how.
Strengthening institutional and economic ties between Brazil–U.S. requires sophisticated dialogue grounded in law, business, economy, finance, and public policy. The CLS Brazil Forum aims to serve precisely as that platform - convening decision-makers and emerging leaders to discuss not only opportunities, but long-term strategy.
This year’s theme - “Brazil–U.S. 200 Years of Partnership: What Lies Ahead on Trade and Investment” - will bring together senior executives, policymakers, investors, leading scholars, legal practitioners and academics to examine the structural shifts shaping the bilateral agenda: cross-border M&A, trade, investment, energy, and international dispute resolution.
We invite our broader community to be part of this forward-looking dialogue!
