ANTONIO PEREZ-MARQUES
Davis Polk

Mr. Perez-Marques is a partner at Davis Polk’s Litigation Department. His practice spans complex commercial litigation, including securities and M&A-related litigation, as well as securities enforcement and white collar matters. He also has extensive experience advising Spanish, Latin American and other foreign clients concerning U.S. litigation matters, and domestic clients concerning overseas and cross-border disputes.

Former Brazil’s Prosecutor General

Former Brazil’s Prosecutor General from 2013 to 2017; In charge of the Operation Car Wash from 2014 to 2017;  Mr. Janot received his bachelor and master degrees from the Federal University of Minas Gerais in 1979 and 1986, respectively.  He holds a specialization degree from Scuola Superiore di Studi Universitari e di Perfezionamento S. Anna, Pisa/Italy in 1989.

Lisa was an Adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs from 2006 to 2009.

Former Chairman of the Brazil's Securities Commission (CVM) from 2012 to 2017. Prior to becoming CVM Chairman, Mr. Pereira was Executive Vice President / CFO and Member of the Executive Board of Gol Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. He has worked at Citibank for 13 years, in a number of roles in Brazil, Asia, Latin America and the United States, including Vice President leading a team responsible for Aviation in Latin America, and Director of Portfolio Management Review for Northern Latin America (from Mexico to Ecuador).

WILL LANDERS

CFA, Managing Director, is head of BlackRock’s Fundamental Active Equities Latin American team; Mr. Lander’s service with the firm dates back to 2002, including his years with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM), which merged with BlackRock in 2006.  At MLIM, Mr. Landers managed the firm’s Latin American equity funds and was a member of the Global Emerging Markets equity portfolio management team.  Prior to joining MLIM in 2002, he spent seven years as a Latin American research analyst at Lehman Brothers and CSFB.  He was also Director of Latin American research at Lehman Brothers in 1999.
