Scott Anderson is a Visiting Fellow in Governance Studies at the Brookings Institution, Senior Editor for Lawfare, and a Senior Fellow with the CLS National Security Law Program. A widely published author, Mr. Anderson previously served as an attorney-advisor at the State Department where he worked on domestic and international legal issues with a focus on the Middle East and North Africa.
