Events

A survey of some of the main issues and controversies presently being discussed by WTO Members on the three pillars of the organization: (1) negotiation of new rules; (2) multilateral monitoring and notification; (3) adjudication and enforcement. This will address in particular issues in the Doha round of negotiations and the ongoing negotiations on fisheries subsidies, in addition to current challenges facing the WTO dispute settlement system and the present impasse on nominating new members to the WTO Appellate Body.
