The Fundamentals Series introduces law students to career options in various practice areas of corporate law. What are Securities? And what are Capital Markets? IPO's, high-yield bonds, swaps, and lots of other sexy financial buzzwords will be discussed by the lawyers behind the funding of every other practice and industry.

Our panelists have a range of experiences and will provide diverse perspectives on their career paths, the work they do, and how their practice compares to other practice areas. There will be time at the end of the discussion to ask the speakers questions.
