Gabriella Argueta-Cevallos ’22 serves as one of two LaLSA social chairs. Ella is Salvadoran and Honduran. She graduated summa cum laude from New York University in 2019 with a B.A. in Psychology and Latin American and Caribbean Studies. At CLS, Ella is a member of the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic and the Human Rights Law Review and has joined EWOC, FGP, and QTPOC. She spent her 1L summer at Advocates for Children of New York working primarily on behalf of immigrant students and students with disabilities toward securing needed educational supports and services. Upon graduation, she hopes to enter the private sector and do pro bono work related to immigration and education law.
