Ariel Sheffey

Ariel graduated from Northwestern University in 2019 with a B.A. in English literature and minors in political science and legal studies. After college, she worked in legal project management and pricing at a law firm, in addition to organizing with groups promoting immigrant justice, economic justice, and affordable housing. At CLS, Ariel is a 1L Rep for SIRR's International Refugee Assistance Project team, a staff editor on the Columbia Journal of Gender and Law, and a volunteer with the Davis Polk Asylum Clinic. Ariel is excited to be part of the LaLSA Asylum and Refugee Law Moot Court!
