Originally from Miami, Florida, Paula Zampietro graduated cum laude from New York University in 2016 with a degree in Politics. Before law school, Ms. Zampietro worked as an analyst in Debt Capital Markets at Bank of America, where she was Secretary of the Women's Leadership Council. At Columbia, she serves as the Co-President of CLWA and is a Staffer on the Columbia Business & Law Review. As a 1L, Ms. Zampietro served as a Representative for Empowering Women of Color (EWOC), a Professional Development Representative for Latinx Law Students Association (LaLSA), and a Representative for the Columbia Business & Law Association (CBLA). She spent her 1L Summer interning at Morrison & Foerster as Litigation Summer Associate as well as doing pro-bono work for Bolder Advocacy, a voting rights non-profit.
