Hi everyone! I am APALSA's Pro Bono Chair. I was born in China and immigrated to the US when I was eleven years old. Now my family is in Atlanta, GA. I graduated from Cornell in 2020 with a major in Economics. During my 1L summer, I worked at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York. At Columbia, I am also a staff editor on the Science and Technology Law Review, a student editor for the foundation moot court program, a Professional Development Co-Chair for First Generation Professionals, the Treasurer and Caravan Chair of the Domestic Violence Project, a Pro Bono Co-Chair of the Society for Immigrant & Refugee Rights, and the Treasurer of the Taiwanese Law & Culture Club. I am also a research assistant at the Columbia Justice Lab, focusing on youthful offender laws. In my free time, I love traveling, exploring different foods, and watching live performances.
